What would change if Luna didn't die at Altissia?

Hello, everyone!

I would like to know what would change if Luna didn't die at the Altissia arc? We all know that she is supposed to get married to Noctis. She's supposed to be the Queen/Princess of the kingdom.

Would she have changed Noctis' and everybody's fate?

I'd like to know your thoughts!

The relationship between Lunafreya and Noctis have always been complicated with both of them having the burden to fulfill their destiny. Personally, I would have loved to see both of them got married since they were childhood friends. Even with their fate, after Luna became the youngest oracle, she still aided Noctis in many ways.

I would prefer having Noctis marry Luna long ago before they were separated from each other by fate, war and captivity which made Luna become an oracle. I would have made her life free from captivity.

I wished they would have at least got married. They both deserved to be happy considering they have suffered too much from the hands of their enemies. Luna especially have had a hard time since the movie.

I think they could be making alternate cut where she didn't die. And things may take another turn for a level or two. I'd say they wanted to make a realistic storyline. So they had to kill Luna. And so it seems like a good plot to me. Not that I have anything against character.

Being a war slave is one of the difficult situations one would ever find himself in and Luna suffered a great deal being in captivity but she turned out quite well in my opinion by becoming an oracle and seeing into the future.

I saw a Youtube video that says she’ll be having an episode and it will be set on after her death in Altissia. I can’t wait! It is also said to release in 2019.

I am not so sure if Luna and Noctis would have married, even if they would have survived in FF15 though- and I have heard that maybe they did not really bond as tightly as people think when they were together. Also maybe Noctis would have married Iris when she came of age- I think she was maybe 15 though, when they took a walk together in this scene !

I think so too. It seems Square is also shipping them because of this segment.They really have a high chance of having a romantic relationship because they seem more comfortable with each other compared to when Luna and Noctis are together.

Yup. It could be because Square wants to make a happy alternate ending for their fans.

For sure man it's definitely worth the wait and it's just a few months to 2019.

A game like FF certainly has a lot of plans for 2019, which is obviously great because when we finish a FF version there is always another version or patch ready to be released.

I don't know why but I am more attached to the story if it has a bittersweet or sad ending and involves the sacrifice of someone to have a better world. I'm drawn to these kinds of stories. It's almost like the ending of Crisis Core all over again.
