What is your very first Final Fantasy Game?

In my case my first FF game is Final Fantasy 8. I was a shallow kid then who refuses to play 2d RPGs but once I got out from that phase, I played 5,6 and 7. I actually want to play the first game someday but I don't know where can I buy a copy. I just finished playing 13 and I am planning to play 15. I had never played the MMORPGs like 11 and 14 though. I am more of a single player since I am more of a recluse.

Guys I want to know what is the first game on the series you had ever played?

My first game is final fantasy game is 7. After playing that I played 6,5 and 4 and the rest is history. I remember how shocked I was when I saw Final Fantasy 8 for the first time. It looks "realistic" for my 12 year old self. I can't believe that I am old enough to be everyone's dad here but I still play the games.
