I think life without video games would be surely boring. And we have to see that some of the times games such as that needs to be properly viewed. It started with simple boredom killer in 70s and 80s and then it evolved. So killing boredom was it's main purpose. That's what I have learned.

If video games were never created, I think it would be very hard for me to have some fun since playing video games is one of my favorite hobby when I had nothing to do. It serve as my ice breaker whenever I feel bored and lonely. I feel much joy while playing video games because I do not noticed sometimes the time when I'm into gaming. Time flies so fast and I can't really realize that it is already how many hours that I am playing.
Yeah. Video games really is a great way to pass time. I'd be doomed, hahaha, I'm not athletic at all, books seldom interests me, and I do not like socializing that much. So, I'd probably be a total wall flower.

Ha, no video games? That's hard to imagine really, as people love to play. Obviously that we would occupy our time with something else, but it's pretty much like asking if TV had never been created...
That's a fact it can be likened to saying there was no TV. It will be boring at homes especially for the children they'd have nothing to keep them busy at leisure.

Video games are so fun and very addictive. One of the best entertainment nowadays, but have you ever thought of this what if video games were never created?Have you imagined your life without this? What would be your favorite past time?or hobby?Do you think it is better off without video games or do you consider it as one of the best inventions of man?

Well, I believe people lived just fine without the existence of video games, so it's not a big deal back then. There are certain ways people enjoy their leisure time that is not gaming. It can be seeing movies, watching live matches etc. But the video games are now here and people are really into it.

Boring for one side, healthier for the other? I mean, don't get me wrong as I love gaming, but these days certainly that we all know that kids spend way too much time playing, and even get addicted to it.

Gamification has helped many people understand real life. And that's something we can consider for the real life scenarios. I'd say people who want to be making the most out of the gaming system can use the video games the right way. I think for that we can say video games are worth thinking about for the learning real life around.

If video games were never created I wouldn't have just dropped out of college LOL.
No but seriously, video games has helped me through alot in life. At least a fourth of my friends i've met through online games, strangers who I have never talked to in real life, or shook hands with, I've known for years just cause we played minecraft together. Games brings people together, and at the same time divide people into factions, which is good, because games need to be divisive.
However, being addicted to video games is a real thing. If only I had listened to my family when they noticed it, if only I stopped denying what was literally in front of me the whole time, my relationships with the people important to me would be better.

I love video games. If they were never created I imagine people being more creative with their past time or even a bit more active. Since I also enjoy being outdoors and doing physical activities, I think I would be out more often. However, it is sad to think a world without video games because the they are a means of escape. Video games allows us to experience things not commonly seen in reality. There are worlds we get to discover that we can never get to see in our day to day lives.

That's where the parents should come in. When kids are spending more than necessary time with games the onus is on parents or guardians to check that. Kids need be monitored in virtually all their activities.

Yep, and gaming can certainly be addicting! I talk against myself, as when I was their age I spend hours and hours playing lol. Maybe I'm just being overprotective. :)

I had a similar experience as a child too. I can spend the whole day morning to evening playing games. I was easily carried away especially in games were I am a champion. I could skip meals because of games and wouldn't feel it.

That's a very difficult question to answer because I grew up and saw games, and ever since then I have always played till today. So now asking me to say about not having played would be a difficult question for me to answer. In truth, I believe nobody would die but definitely life would be one hell of a boring one.

I find it really hard to see how the video games are changing our lives. And it can be really hard to understand. How some of the gaming are not that easy on that count. You can see that some video games are a bit harder to execute. And for that reason I'd say it's good to have them as time pass.

This is the very same story of every child out there who started gaming from young age. We all seem to get carried away by the fun of the game, to even feel hungry would be by the grace of God and we can do anything and everything not to be prevented from playing, even if it means getting our friends to help out with doing our home chores in order to finish on time and have enough chance to play.

I am seeing a lot of offline games are being created. And people are moving away from the gaming too. So it depends on how and what you want the most of such games. I am sure things would be lot different in that case. In future more offline games is the future.

People want to play offline games because of internet trolls. And the reason why people are quitting gaming is. when is the last time that we saw something new in the gaming industry? Developers promise the moon every release and they never pull through, and it ends up being the same game with a new skin and people are tired of it!

I agree too with this trend of people moving towards embracing more offline games and it's probably attributed to trying as much as possible to reduce gaming cost and the hassle it comes with. I have a few offline games but I'm still enjoying playing online games but it's not a guarantee I would continue sticking with it in the future. I may jump ship anytime soon.

Sometimes these developers just like playing on the gamers intelligence, seeing us as fools by trying to deceive us with giving us the same medicine with a new packaging but in truth, they are going to witness a great rebellion from us and completely dropping there repeated games for them to play after developing it.

This is true. I am going to play the fornite and the PUBG if it had offline version with same power. I am tired of the cheats and the auto kill that happen in the PUBG. And so it'd be reasonable to play it that way.

I'm of the opinion that harder games are the more fun one to play because it gives you a lot of stress to think out how to best win it, the best strategy to be employed to come out on top of playing. If I have to win a game very easily, I definitely wouldn't like to play it again because it's going to be boring to me.
