Yuna is a fictional character from Final Fantasy series. She was first introduced as the female protagonist and one of the main playable character in the 2001 role-playing video game Final Fantasy X appearing as a summoner embarking on a journey to defeat the world-threatening monster Sin alongside her companions, including the male protagonist Tidus.

I fell in love with Yuna the first time I saw her.She is really beautiful and I love her character, However, her character changed in FF X-2.Do you think Yuna's character in FFX-2 is better than FFX?

I think she's alright. Most people would choose her when they first play FF. There are other characters you can choose as she doesn't add that much of an impact to the game when you're playing. I prefer to use Rikku for the healing purpose. Yuna tends to be a crutch and I would use her as little as you can. She will level up enough when she is swapped into certain battles and you can use her Cure, Cura and Curaga spells outside of battle so there is no need to swap her in.

Yuna's role is more significant in FFX-2 as she is not only the star of her own series, along with Rikku and Paine, but it just goes to show that she would want to step out of Tidus's shadow. They gave her a full makeover in FFX-2 with her skimpier outfit, but more liberating role. In addition, the Gullwings (or more specifically, the Y-R-P trio) are the female versions of Braska, Jecht, and Auron.

In FFX, she plays a very important role as the lead female hero, but Tidus is the real protagonist of that game.

Me too, Yuna is the female character on FF that I fell in love with too, she's just perfectly beautiful. But just as what people would say, she's somewhat not the main star in some case but she did well doing her job or her responsibility.

I think as a Lead character is was one of the good character to consider. You can see that such character is definitely something one can consider for the challenging role. And on that point I am kind of a fan.

I like Yuna In Final Fantasy 10 the best, and find her quite beautiful, but she does have heterochromia-with her left eye being blue and the right eye being green. Also I like her overall style as well - she likes wearing a blue -beaded earring which is pretty cool, and her personality is loyal and naive which I like.

I like her character. She's honest and loyal, always trying to see the good in people. The only thing that annoyed me about her was the fact the she would become too apologetic if for some reason she believed she disappointed anyone.

To be honest, I'm more fond of her in FF X-2, where she become outspoken and playful. Before that she always hid the feelings like a typical summoner.

Yuna is one of my favorite female characters in FF. She's one of the most popular video game characters. I like her character in FFX because she's still in love with Tedius I like their tandem but when FFX-2 happened they broke up.:(

I liked her in X but I didn't play X-2 because they changed her into something I don't like. They turned her into a cheap fan-service male gaze character.

I liked playing Yuna on FFX, it's not that her character isn't good in FFX-2 as well but when it comes to preference, I preferred her more on FFX original.

No offense but women have right to be sexy. If you don't like Yuna being confident on her own skin, Maybe you should go to Saudi Arabia. You will enjoy it there as women are not satisfying the male gaze. Women have rights to wear what they wan't and Yuna is just being true to her self. It is 2018!

I stand with you here completely mate, if a woman doesn't look good and sexy, people would still complain and now Yuna is made to look appealing to men's gaze and someone still nag about it only shows how unsatisfied we can be

Final Fantasy is also equal opportunity when it comes to gazes. I mean look how sexualized the men of 15 were. They even released Husband Pillows of the Final Fantasy 15 men.

Yuna's transformation in X-2 is tame compared to the creepy Final Fantasy 15 husband pillows.

From a deep character who is a role model, they turned her into a fantasy material for virgin nerds. I prefer Yuna when she was this innocent summoner. The way they portray her in X-2 is just not the Yuna I know.

I am pretty sure the way Yuna is in X-2 will be something Anita Sarkeesian will criticize.

Yuna is a very strong woman with a strong character, it's actually the main reason why I love her. As much as I male characters in Final Fantasy games, there are some female characters in the game that appealed to the same and it's exactly what I felt with the character of Yuna.
