Underrated and Overrated Game/Games

What is your reasoning? Why do you think the general public hadn't caught on to your thinking? How much are these game/games underrated/overrated?

I don't think I would say that some games are overrated while others are underrated. The thing with gaming is that some of us have got a special interest in some games for reasons best known to us while others want to play the other games. So, every game is worth it as long as I am concerned.

As far as the Final Fantasy series goes - I think , very few Final Fantasy games are bad and most are great ! I would say most Final Fantasy games could be rated from good to great as well. These Final Fantasy games could appeal to people for different reasons depending on the person I think- lets say Final Fantasy10 has some great visuals that are wonderful, but other games have a great story ?

X-2 is very underrated, It is way ahead of it's time. It is the sad reason why Final Fantasy 12 didn't turn Ashe into main character as X-2 made them lost confidence to female leads. X-2 is a good game but many were alienated by the sexualized magical girl it has going on.

I will say 7 is overrated. It is the most popular FF game of all time but 6 is a better game than it.

I will also say 11 is overrated, It is the most financially successful but seriously it is not iconic.

In as much as I have to agree with you on some grounds that there are people whom may not like the whole Final Fantasy series, I think majority of us have developed the love and interest in playing most of them and one thing that I have come to notice is that many of those that I told about the game has gotten to that level where they can't stay few weeks without playing FF series.

I think some people just fall in love with the series. And it's reasonable too. Because some games are worth being fan boy of. And those games constantly improve as well. For example PUBG, and FF both are good games and worth being fan boy of.
