The Bosses in FF

Who are the hardest, the easiest? What are your favorites? Are the bosses in FF easier, harder than the ones from similar games? Do you think FF would be better without bosses?

I would say my favorite boss would be Lady Yunalesca in Final Fantasy 10- and I like her battle cry, that "It is better to die in hope than to live in despair. Let me be your liberator" ! Yunalesca is very to the point- and she is not open to the ideas of others.

Gerogero was my least memorable in design and impact especially when i realised he is a zombie and used healing magic on him and he melted away.

the hardest boss was fighting Lich because I was new to the game it was quite challenging.

Sorceress Ultimecia from Final Fantasy VIII was the most impressive boss iimo. After finding out she can summon that Lion monster called Griever, I was impressed instantly.
