Should I buy the Royal Edition or wait for a potential Ultimate Edition?

Is it likely these expansions will end up being released? And if so, is there a chance of there being an "Ultimate" edition coming out at some point including everything? Should I hold fire for now and wait for this potentially happening?

I think you can wait upto second quarter of this year and see if any progress is made. And from there onwards you can decide. I have heard about ultimate edition rumors. But not sure about the release date. So you can wait if you can and then decide.

I might just do that. I'm not quite sure yet, but if there is an Ultimate Edition announcement, I will probably wait for it. I really want to have everything that there is to play in the game because I like it so much.

You can just buy the additional DLC later. Royal Edition has just recently gotten announced, so I believe a potential ultimate edition is still some time away.

This is like the inevitable and troubling question that all of these games with expansions and releases brings up and usually I am guessing most just give in and keep going rather than wait. We do have no idea when anything will come so what else I guess.

You could buy the Final Fantasy 15 Royal Edition coming out on March 6-and it's filled with new features that includes a new dungeon, a first-person mode and the ability to control the game's royal boat, also a lot of great other things as well.

I think it would be better to wait for the ultimate edition to be released, it's definitely going to offer more to gamers once it's out. I'm waiting for it personally and hopefully it's going to be out sooner than later.

Have you played the standard edition of Final Fantasy XV yet? It is a very good deal now if you buy the Royal Edition. There is much additional content that has already been added. I think this is as close to the Ultimate Edition right now and if they do release it, it would be at least a year later because there are more DLCs that are pending.

Now that Ultimate edition is out with the patches. I'd say that it's not a bad idea to buy that one directly instead of the standard. I have read some good reviews so far. I think collectors edition seems to be better in many ways.
