Relating to Characters in FF1

In every movie or TV show, there seems to be someone similar to ourselves. In the case of Final Fantasy I, which one would it be? How much does this character relate? Does anyone relate to more than one character?

Uhh... I like big hats, so I related to the red and black mage. I think the story and characters took a back seat in the original game. Still, a fun game that's worth revisiting.

I would have to pick the Black Mage in Final Fantasy 1, and he is really a wizard-they wear blue robes and pointy hats and they are very good at casting black magic- also they carry magical rods and daggers as well. I like the magic that they have-and they can also be upgraded to black wizards as well.
