This is by far the craziest experience I have ever had gaming with my my android phone. It was last night after coming back from playing football (soccer), when I got home and wanted to fix up bathing water while playing with one hand but suddenly the damn phone slipped through my hand and fell into the bucket of water.

Luckily for me, the phone had a glass screen protector and a solid pack that prevented the water from entering inside the control panel of the phone, because had it entered there, everything would be over for the phone. I reacted fast reaching into the bucket, remove the phone and opened it up immediately. After some hours, I coupled it back and put it back on and everything was normal. I simply thanked my stars.

My advice is don't game when you want to take your bath and with a bucket of water nearby.

I simply cannot hold myself back from laughing after reading this post. I'm trying to picture the looks on your face the moment you heard the drop sound of your phone inside the bucket of water, and the thought running through your mind. It must be one hell of a jumpy thought. Well I'm glad that nothing serious happened to your gaming android phone, as of having such experience, I haven't been so unfortunate with that sort of thing and I pray that it doesn't happen anytime soon.

You're a lucky dude that your phone is still okay after it fell from the water. I haven't experienced while gaming then it fell into a water. But I do believe that accidents happen when you least expect it so I had a couple of experiences fell my phone into the ground because of being careless. I'm so lucky that my phone has an armor and screen protector because without these things I don't think it will be able to survive.

Seriously it was as crazy as hell, I couldn't believe myself the moment the phone dropped into the bucket of water. I was like oh my world, but I'm glad that I didn't snap into shock because had I not reacted immediately, I would have lost the phone to serious water damage to the control panel. I don't wish this to anyone, so you better be careful with your playing device.

Yeah, I was damn lucky to have the phone still fully operational after such ordeal in couple of hours. Accidents do happen, I completely agree with you on that, but I believe it's my foolishness that warranted that particular experience. Why can't I just chill out for couple of minutes and then continue playing again? Is something wrong with me or what?

Accidents involving mobile phones are common these days. In fact, they are happening to everyone. I remember when my newly bought mobile phone fell in a bucket of water. I cried the whole day but I learned how to be careful next time.

No, but with my luck the phone would have been 100% dead.

Crying would be adding more insult to the injury for me. What would the crying earn me with my phone completely decommissioned and useless to me because of the water accident? Seriously, I wouldn't know what to do but I'm sure that crying won't be a part of what I might likely do.

Truly you are very sharp to respond immediately without falling into shock, most people would first scream and lose focus before realizing that they were supposed to react first by removing the phone from the water and pieces it open to enable the water dry off as soon as possible before it damage any inverted circuit on the panel.

This was by far the most accidents that I have had with my phone device. It has fell on the ground couple of times and I always find a way to put in a foot when it's about to hit the floor, thereby reducing the impact it would have when crashing on the floor. But this water own was something else. In my mind, I had already concluded that it's over for the phone but my luck was a little bit more shinny this time around.

Haha, I definitely understand what you passed through when your device fell into water. If crying would have helped me at the time, believe me I would have cried my eye balls out. The only thing I could help doing was panicking in my mind after I had brought out the phone from water. I kept wondering if it has damaged for good or would I get lucky.

I think that I was simply acting on instincts and rush of adrenaline, that was why I didn't froze up at the moment of the accident. If I had wasted any more split seconds than I did in removing the phone immediately, the whole story would have been a different one altogether by now.

You are truly lucky my friend, not every person out there would get such easy pass in that situation and have it like you did. All I have to chip in for you is to be more careful carrying your phone device near water ever again because you can't get that lucky twice with the same incident.

I think this definitely happened with me. I have dropped the phone while washing hands. Phone was in the left hand and the right hand had a bit of slippery after wash. And while switching hands, it just dropped in basin with water all over it.

Jeez man, but I hope nothing serious happened to the phone because I believe that you would reacted immediately and bring it out before the water causes any damages to it? You should have simply dropped the phone and wash your hands, and pick it up later once you are done. But I think you wanted to multi-task .

Yes, I considered myself a very lucky fellow that day because I have already concluded in my mind it's not going to be well with the phone but let me just do my best with it in trying to put it in a good condition. So luckily for me, it worked out well and I had no cause to worry about anymore.

Jeez, I know you must have felt awful that day. A friend of mine that had such experience told me that he practically locked up himself in doors all because he was feeling pained and don't want to transfer aggression to another innocent individual who knows nothing about his phone dropping into water.

Haha, multi-tasking seriously? Maybe that's true with my situation. I didn't even see it from that angle because I virtually trying to do more than one task at a time which was why I had the game on playing Final Fantasy games and still fixing up my bath. Crazy thing to do, knowing fully well that phones and water isn't compatible.
