I guess this might be a good opportunity for people who don't own these games to finally get them, but I have to notice that the non-discounted prices of these are a bit too high.
Considering how old these FF games are, I think they should have been selling for less money in the first place.

That's true, but in Christmas everyone is looking for a good deal, so if we are looking to buy FF games cheaper, nothing like waiting for January, then the price will drop. Great list right there, those are the best games!

Has anyone here played these mobile ports? I can see some of them translating better than others to the format. Curious how they hold up!

This is a great holiday deal. A good chance to own the FF games at a cheaper price. Purchasing all the discounted FF games cost about $113..hmm.

Yeah, being some money, for any fan of the game it has to be a bargain, even if we already have some of the games, we can offer those and just keep the ones we are missing. Nothing like waiting for the promotions to get the best deals.

I should have waited for these prices. I have bought some of the games here, well any way, I enjoyed them already. It was worth the money I spent because FF is one of my favorite RPG of all time. With these offer, I'll probably buy War of the Lions, because I saw its trailer and I think its pretty great.

Anyways, thanks Square Enix for these gifts and I'm hoping for more games next year and the years to come.

What a great deal, this can help those gamers who cant afford buying this games on steam. I hope that those gamers will know that this games is on sale right now. Just like me, I will buy this for my brother as a gift, he is a great fun of final fantasy.

Though I already have final fantasy on PS 2, this is a good discount rate for people who want to know what playing final fantasy is like, the discount is cheap and avoidable anyone can get to play on mobile at cheap rate.

Yeah that's the thing, we are just eager to play and pay a higher price, but if we are patient enough we can access the games later with a discount, pretty much like happens with most technology. We just need to be patient! :)

It is always good to hear about large sized sales going on, and yes it is true that patience can often pay off with some savings. The problem comes when dealing with that patience, for me at least.

I don't see the need to be impatient here, the original prices are simply too high considering that these are mobile ports. If you haven't already played these games on the pc/consoles, you should, as that is imo a superior experience due to larger screens you will be playing on, if nothing else.
There is also mod support for many of these games on the pc.

Well, I mean, we love Final Fantasy, there's a new game coming out, surely I want to play it immediately haha, but if I run to it I am paying the full price. Waiting a couple of months makes it cost sometimes less than half.

Yeah, I understand that. What I meant, if it wasn't clear, is that there is no need for impatience if you own and have played those games on other platforms, which you really should have for the reasons mentioned above. PC is my preferred platform.

I prefer pc too, and usually pc bundles are the best. Back in the days I purchased the games immediately, but ever since I have kids I have other spending priorities, and I have to wait for bundle opportunities.

This is a great deal by Square Enix to all mobile gamers on Final Fantasy games. It's good seeing that the offer spin across through FF 1 to FF 9. This makes it have wider coverage on the number of series people would be able to get the offers from. All mobile FF gamers would love this opportunity.

Old deal. It's been 6 months so close now. I think the deal must be off the shelf. Most likely it may appear in the humble bundle or so in between till next Christmas.

Let's see things goes and what Square Enix have instore for its fanbase, hopefully they are likely to offer more than what they brought to the table before. Maybe they would even cut the cost of these offers more to encourage more people taking part in it.
