The Final Fantasy Trading Card Game is up to its sixth wave, a wave they've fancifully dubbed "Opus VI." This new set of cards adds over 130 to the existing line, and includes great art by Matsuda Toshitaka, Ryoma Ito, Roberto Ferrari and more. They're being distributed in old-school bubblegum card fashion, in small packs of twelve random cards (plus one foil card) each. Meet your buds at the 7-11 and trade!

LOS ANGELES (July 13, 2018) – With over 160 million cards shipped worldwide to-date, the popular FINAL FANTASY® TRADING CARD GAME (“FFTCG”) today released its sixth card expansion, the “Opus VI” set. This latest set of the FINAL FANTASY TRADING CARD GAME enhances tabletop play experience and collectability, featuring popular characters from the iconic FINAL FANTASY franchise.
The “Opus VI” set features exclusive and original art produced by FINAL FANTASY series veterans Matsuda Toshitaka (FINAL FANTASY II), Ryoma Ito (FINAL FANTASY TACTICS A2 Grimoire of the Rift) and Roberto Ferrari (FINAL FANTASY TYPE-0).
