News: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius Has Now Been Downloaded 30 Million Times

The freemium mobile game Final Fantasy Brave Exvius has now been downloaded over 30 million times, and Square feels like celebrating. All those millions of players are now encouraged to enter the 30 Million Downloads Raffle.

Players can enter by participating in a series of events that will begin in the game March 22. Winners will walk away with a grand haul of in-game currency (Lapis), from 1,000 (awarded to over 26,000 players) to 1,000,000 (awarded to the first place winner).

LOS ANGELES (Mar. 2, 2018) - SQUARE ENIX today announced that FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS, the beloved free-to-play FINAL FANTASY RPG on mobile devices, has been downloaded more than 30 million times worldwide. To commemorate the momentous occasion, players can participate in a series of in-game events and activities for a chance to receive massive prizes and rewards.

The new “30 Million Downloads Raffle” will be available starting March 22, 2018 for all players to participate in. Those that complete the celebratory quest before March 31 will be entered into a special drawing to win a plethora of prizes, including a grand prize of one million lapis (in-game currency).

The full list of prizes includes*:

• One lucky first place winner will win 1,000,000 lapis
• 10 second place winners will win 100,000 lapis
• 20 third place winners will win 50,000 lapis
• 30 fourth place winners will win 30,000 lapis
• 26,100 fifth place winners will win 1,000 lapis

*Detailed information will be announced through the in-game announcements.

Players will also have an opportunity to receive free in-game prizes throughout the month, including:

• 30 Million Downloads Celebration Free Summon - From today until March 19, players can summon on a special banner once daily for free. Additionally, players who login between March 2 and March 30 will receive a free 10+1 Summon Ticket, equaling to a total of 30 free summons throughout the campaign.
• Special 30 Million Downloads Celebratory Summon Banner - Players can receive a special Free Daily 30 Million Downloads Celebration Ticket once daily from March 22 through April 4 by logging into the game. The summon gives players access to two characters and one 5% character-specific trust moogle.

FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS is available as a free-to-play app (with in-app purchases) through the App Store, Google Play and on the Amazon App Store.

Wow, that's a very huge figures of downloads and this practically shows that Final Fantasy games still rocks the world of RPG's for such a game to hit over 30 million downloads and still counting. I'm pretty sure that my download is also counted already with the 30 million downloads recorded.

You are right, It is not that much of a surprised really, given the number of years the Final Fantasy game series has been in the industry they should be doing even better imo.

You are very correct my friend, there is no way the download would get to 30 million and stay put, there is always going to more new players hitting the download button as the day goes by. I saw a thread news about over 140 million cards of the game being shipped and distributed worldwide just to expand the game play.

Well that is quite impressive but not all that surprising, but maybe it is and I really am not sure of what the numbers for other games looks like. Every time I hear a new record or something I tend to forget it right after. Either way, though, I love to hear it.

Records are always meant to be broken and I'm sure that the statistics of what we are seeing today with Final Fantasy games wouldn't stand for too long and another game would knock it off its perch unless the producers keep improving their standards.
