By Windows 10 devices I assume they mean Windows 10 phones ( and not pc's, since that would be entirely pointless ) ? Those barely even exist anymore.

I am still adjusting to using the mobile but when it is free that definitely makes it more likely that I can get better. And yes I have not seen a Windows phone for a while now.

I already love the story line. Playing it on my phone is not as easy as I thought.
Adjusting to phones will always be kind of difficult at first but after a while you start getting better. Just keep at it.

I have played this mobile pocket edition of Final Fantasy XV and I must confess that I really didn't enjoy it. It keeps quitting and going off when I'm playing. I'm not sure if it's from my device or the game, I seriously can't tell but all I know is that it ruined my experience with the pocket edition of FF 15.

Exactly, the pocket edition is just not worth it.

I just believe that the reason why the FF games developers actually made available the pocket edition of the game is just to rein in those who don't have Playstation console, Xbox or PC to play the game on it. But by making it available on pocket edition, people would definitely play it.

If this is the reason why they made the pocket edition then they need to at least make an effort to make it better. But then again the only way to enjoy FFXV is on console or pc.

Maybe some version of pocket edition of the Final Fantasy games would be a bit better than some when played on higher mobile device. But just like you said, the best gaming experience comes when one plays on either console or PC.

Pocket editions are made simpler, so they cannot be as good as the full version. Sure, they have to be engaging or else no one will have interest on the, but I think they are pretty decent.

LOL, thanks @Maestro. For us players Final Fantasy is one of the ultimate games, but the corporation developing the game sees it as business. Great that business for them is making our entertainment as good as possible. :)

Pocket edition are good because it helps gamers who cannot get play on console to have fun playing their favorite FF games anytime and any place they found themselves. Although battery problems would limit one's playing of the game.

Considering the Windows mobile devices are not going to be released anymore. So what are the plans of SE for other devices then? I wonder if they are planning to release for other not so known mobile platforms.

You know how the developers are, they will always put money first. So if android and ios is where the money is then those mobile platforms are always going to come first.

That was precisely my thought too. I mean, pocket editions end up being competition for mobile versions. Anyway, I think it's great to have several options to play on the go.
