Everyone knows the contribution of Lunafreya to Noctis in Final Fantasy 15. Some would suggest that they should have married since they were childhood friends, I'm of the same opinion as well. Now there has been a preparation for give Lunafreya her first DLC episode in 2019 and it's believed that the working title is " The Choice of Freedom".

Are you satisfied with the contribution to Lunafreya in the storyline of Final Fantasy games?

What I like the most about Lunafreya and all the characters is the way the plot is developed and we game around it, it's great. Also, those stunning graphs help a lot!

Her episode is a Prequel so she will stay dead in the main time line.

Lunafreya becoming an oracle at such a young age and her getting her first DLC episode in 2019 seems perfect to me but as it's obvious that her episode is a Prequel, making her to still be dead in the main timeline, I would be happy if that storyline would be changed a little bit.

I wonder if she is going to be alone or she will have team mates. I can see her combat style being similar to Yuna.

I would prefer having her in a team than being a one fighter character. And I'm also looking forward to having her fighting skills and combo having maximum impact.

I’ve read somewhere in an article shared by a Youtuber that it could be set after her death. That she could be resisting the fate that Noctis has to face. She’s going full FF13! I hope it’s true. :D

Let's keep our fingers crossed tight and be hopeful that what we see once her episode comes out would thrill us. I'm still satisfied with her role already in the fate of Noctis in the storyline.

Can her death be changed in the storyline? I really don't know if it's going to be possible but I'm sure some gamers would appreciate seeing that to be done. Who knows, we might surprised and see something like that.

I seriously would like to have that being made possible because I really love the character of Lunafreya even though she was used to replace Stella who was also in some kind of romantic relationship with Noctis in the game.

I would want them to create alternate endings according to your choices. I think they did that too on Ignis' episode if I'm not mistaken. The choice to join Ardyn or not.

I didn't know who Stella was before your reply and that she was replaced by Luna. Will there be a significant change if they go through the story with Stella instead?

I am not sure what they mean with this DLC episode called "The Choice of Freedom"- but they say that this story will be about Luna's fate, which not even death can free her from. Something in this new story that includes the Lucian King-but I am not sure about the relationship between Noctis and Lunafreya ?

On the relationship between Lunafreya and Noctis, I'm sure that without Luna suffering at the hands and cold chains of captivity as a result of war, both her and Noctis would actually have become married couple but fate had to tear that reality away from them.

The storyline was altered when Lunafreya replaced Stella in the game. It led to the cancelation of some parts in the game, there was supposed to be a boss fight between Stella and Noctis but with the removal of Stella in the scene, so was the fight scrapped.

I really wasn't impressed with this act on the part of the game developers to remove this section of boss fight with the removal of Stella in the game. What could actually be their reason for doing this?

They removed Stella because they felt she didn't fit in with the altered story ( they didn't want to change her character because the fans already had a rough image of what Stella was supposed to be, and they though that a change would be met by disapproval ). That is probably why the boss fight was removed as well I presume, since Lunafreya is a different character.

I have read that theory from twitchers blog too. I think it's closer to what SE would come out. Considering she is staying dead in the mail plot timeline. It'd be possible that she is keeping it away from noctis for that reason.

That actually spooked me as well when Stella was scrapped from the storyline but I believed it's just simply because her character didn't suit the what the game was directed towards.

This is exactly what I felt was the reason why Stella had to go in the story and Lunafreya was introduced into the plot as they were both different characters with distinct personalities. Getting Stella to play the role of Lunafreya wouldn't have gone well.

Its kind of a strange decision though. I would have just changed Stella's personality rather than create extra work. The fans barely saw anything of Stella anyway, and some didn't even watch the trailers.
