Look-Alikes from Different Games

Sometimes you see a character in one game and your surprised that it seems like one from another. Anyway, what would some of these characters be? Do you mind they seem like twins of a sort? On the other hand, do you feel characters should remain very unique?

I think I feel like seeing Luna, Noctis and Sephiroth in many other games from Korea and China. It kind of feels like the artists taking inspiration from each other. And also some of the time stories matching the same way.

Somebody spotted Tifia Lockhart in Final Fantasy 15- or a girl that looks alot like her. Tifia was in Final Fantasy 7 and FF7-Advent Children and a few other games as well. What do you guys think of the girl below-does she look a little like Tifia ?
