I haven't been able to play it yet because I didn't have enough money back then, but now that I do, I'm thinking about buying it because it'll be a while before Final Fantasy 7 Remake gets an episode 2, and I don't want to be left hanging in the meantime. I'm thinking about buying it because it'll be a while before it gets an episode 2. I am trying to be patient, but in the meantime, I need a game to keep me occupied so that I don't go crazy.

It's an entertaining game to play. The problems manifest themselves when you become aware of the builds you desire and the effort required to obtain them.
However, you do not require builds to progress through the main game.
Fights against bosses and levels, in general, are intended to put your gaming skills to the test, but they won't be overly challenging once you understand your available options.

I would say that if you have only played Final Fantasy games up until this point, the overall experience in this game will convince you that it quickly has the best gameplay of any other title that includes Final Fantasy and that the cast of characters is fun to interact with all the time.

if you like Dark Souls or Devil May Cry, you might have expectations regarding the weapons in this game that just aren't being met.
Regarding the souls, you have much more to learn and manage in this area.

The game is a bit messy. It has excellent potential but is untested and unrefined. The game is demanding without providing the right tools to play with, and many of the mechanic's conflict. Everything playable revolves around very Hard CC, Invincibility, which ignores the majority of mechanics, boss BS, and the most cheese I've ever seen in a game.

Things like accessories, money, and an equipment store that should have been there from the start got included in DLC 1.
Only two bosses and tons of content recycling without new maps were among the newly added items.

Don't enter the game right away. Wait till the second DLC (October?) and rephrase your question. You should find another game if the issue has not been resolved by then.

I've completed the game and must say that it was a lot of fun! The fights are gripping, and it's fun to experiment with different builds for your classes. Jack is also a really funny guy.

The game, in my opinion, stayed faithful to itself. We must remember that "final fantasy" was a last-ditch effort and was considered to be a studio's final game. In light of this, the ambiguity makes sense. This game might have received a 9.5 if Square Enix had not given up on it. Everything else is hurried and poorly polished, but the fighting is among of the greatest in the business. Control was a mess. Despite its shortcomings, the game is still enjoyable.

The game's narrative doesn't come together until the very end, but when it does, the action combat system, which is competent and engaging, and the game's heavy Final Fantasy nostalgia work nicely together. I heartily advise you to play it.

It's a fantastic game. Its marketing intentionally sought to divide people. The ranking is thus not surprising.

One thing I'd want to see is a DLC, or better yet, a standalone game, that was more like Elden Ring in terms of how the story was told (create your own warrior of light, choose your starting class, and explore the planet while trying to restore the crystals).

Although I really enjoy this game, not everyone will. A campy plot runs through the game, which may appear bizarre at first but makes sense as you progress through the stages and especially near the conclusion. All of the gameplay is action, and there is a terrific jobs system. If you appreciate direct action games that are fun to replay and master, you'll adore this. There is nothing missing other than a grading system. Jack is one of the greatest FF protagonists ever, despite the characters being rather clear and uncomplicated. Despite the jokes, Jack is the real star of this game.
The game has a lot of heart even though it has several problems.

I gotta say, I loved Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin. It's such a great addition to the Final Fantasy franchise, you know? The combat system is really well-done, and it just keeps you engaged from start to finish. I mean, the story, man, it just had me hooked the whole way through. It's got everything you want in a game - action, adventure, a killer soundtrack - and I can't recommend it enough. If you're a fan of the Final Fantasy series, or just looking for a great game to play, give Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin a shot. Trust me, it's totally worth it.

Dude, This game is Amazeballs! Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin is totally gnarly! The storyline is so engaging, and the characters are so rad that it's easy to get totally invested. If you're into Final Fantasy, you won't be disappointed, brah! It's got everything you need in a game - action, adventure, and sick graphics that'll blow your mind. Trust me, you won't be sorry if you give this game a go. So paddle out, grab your controller, and get ready to catch some serious waves with Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin!
