Is it really okay to post after your own reply?

On some forums, our double posts are always merged because it is really not allowed to reply after your own reply. This makes it look neat and it also becomes obvious that everyone is given a chance to reply.

I got used to this rule and now the double replies do not look neat anymore.Is everyone okay with double posting where a member replies after a reply that is still theirs?

If you see that happening, report the post quickly and I will take a look and see if it needs to be merged.

I don't think is ok to double replay in a post, is against rules on almost all the forums, besides is not right, anyway any forum has its own rules.

I think it is not advisable since double posting of replies is usually not allowed in most of the forums. It is more convenient if we will avoid that mannerism to be able to have a neat and clean forum and make it look professional since we are all here professional in my own perspective. It is also to give others a chance to share their views or opinion regarding on ta specific threads or discussion.

Posting replies after replying once already to a particular thread is not really accepted in most forums. This looks like bad repetitions in the sight of google and the rest of other search engines. What really makes a lot of sense for a thread is one reply per user or member. This makes things very decent and search engines will believe that spamming is not involved at all.

I have come across threads at many forums and discussion boards where multiple replies were posted by a single user at different times. In the faces of search engines, this looks like spam and it would be assumed that the forum owner is trying to gather fake replies or comments to generate traffic. This may also lead to low rankings in search engines.

I have no idea about the rules here, because I'm just a new member, but I think it's not really necessary to do that, even in any forum I think. The use of Quote is to reply each members in just one post, so instead of doing posting after you reply, use the quote instead.

I dont think is not necessary to do that lets all be pair because all person here wants to earn many points thats why were trying hard to do any thing here

I really don't like that idea since it is not good to see that most of the replies are coming from one person only. Its should be your reply or post then after that, it should be followed by another person. It is to look neat and presentable in the eyes of all forum posters.

Personally, I don't like that to happen because you need to be true and you don't need to reply to your own post. That's illegal for me if you post to your own reply and we must be fair to others.

I don't really like that idea since I think it is not appropriate to do such things because it is against the policy of the forums. I don't see any reasons on why should I post after my own reply. I think it is ridiculous and misleading, the people that making such way are those that doesn't understand the rules on the forum. It is very clear that before entering to a forum it is already told to us to refrain from doing that in anyways.We must be fair and be objective at all cost to avoid problems in the future.

It's ok i guess, because it's allowed right? I mean if you have something else to say and want it to add it on your own reply you can write it down also after your reply post. It's no harm to anyone. We are all welcome to write what we think and to add some more information and share it to others. As long we don't say bad words or offended words, on the said thread that can cause a trouble to someone ....i think it's cool.

Yes I agree with you, I also respect your opinion since all of us has it own preferences when it comes to particular things. I think if the forum owners allows it then I don't see any reason why everyone would not do that.. It is very true that as long you don't say any words that can offend anybody and as long as you are on the right track. I was just being honest since most of the forum sites that I was a member didn't allow us to make such way but I think it is different in here. I will be the one to make an adjustment since every forum has its own unique rules and protocols..

I guess it is easier to write on your own thread when you again, especially with sites that you don't know how to go about it, it will make you be on a safer side.

Secondly base on your question there are sites that dont restrict such, so you get to know those kind of sites and know how to go about it, I guess in final fantasy it is allowed I will try it out some how.

Yes your right my friend, it really depends on a particular forum. Some forum didn't accept such activity wherein you will post after your own reply, and I am thankful that the Final Fantasy forum are not so strict as compare to others. I really love the administrator of this site for giving as the privilege to do things at our own benefits. This is really a great and enjoyable sites to make some fun and exchanging of ideas.

I don't see anything bad if someone wants to do that. Just like having a physical conversation, one can address one's opinion with a follow up just to strengthen their first point. Commenting after your own post does something like that.

I tried it out like I promise and it does work even for some of the blogs/forums /websites, if you start up a thread you cannot get points, but if you reply to your own thread you will get points(thats for those people subscribed to this forum through postloop.

It is only reviewers that have more upper hand compared to the others, just remember that your thread deosnt count.

I didnt experienced and tried it yet. I am curious too. But as long as I am curious I am more interested sharing opinions on other forums too. Just enjoy and try finding questions that makes you interested on other forums.
