Square-Enix is doing quite the public service by creating these in-depth videos about the creation of the most beloved titles in the Final Fantasy series. Of course, there are also profit motives involved -- these games just happen to have new releases on Switch and XBox -- but it's still nice.

Since the most recent release was Final Fantasy 12: The Zodiac Age, we're getting a behind-the-scenes account of the creation of that game. A half-hour of interesting interviews with director Takashi Katano and producer Hiroaki Kato shed new light on the 2006 classic. The Japanese speech is not dubbed, so the caption feature MUST be turned on.

Enjoy this video and check out Final Fantasy 12: The Zodiac Age on Switch, XBox, PS4 and PC if you haven't already.

Its a great game with a bland main character and better focal character. It's nice to see it remastered for the new generation. Ahhh that shows my age.
