I have noticed that there are plenty of sales out there. And now that many games and the platforms are offering discounts on upgrades too. So it seems like gamers have lot of options for giving gifts this year. And even better part you can pretty much get most of the gifts virtually these days. And even send to anyone around the world.

I am thinking of upgrading the subscription of steam for someone I know. What are some of the christmas gaming gifts that you can suggest for gamers?

These days I would say that a Steam gift card might actually be a good idea if you are not sure what kinds of things they may need. I am someone who hates gift cards too so that surprised me to say it.

Yes I am mixed in between the steem card and the Humble game bundle. It seems like some games on the humble bundle are worth playing. And it can be good gift for the gamers. I'm thinking in that direction if you know what I mean for the same.

The kind of seasons during which gamers receive lots of going gifts are seasons like Christmas, New year periods and such other seasons like these. People make lots of fun at this time and wouldn't mind gifting out gaming gifts to as many people as they can. Gamers receive hundreds of gaming gifts at seasons like Christmas and other related seasons.

Definitely a steam gift card would be perfect for them, but it actually depends on the person if he's a true gamer or an addict to games or not. But I guess anything would probably do at least you have given something instead of nothing. :D

Yes. That part is something I have to look at. I mean the type of game he wants to play are on steam or not. Because some of the mobile based games are better on Google play. And that is what one can use for the gaming. And another thing is that playing in the right seasons is another thing to consider as well.

I wouldn't want to give a Steam gift cause that sort of takes the fun away. I mean, the fun is guessing what the gamer might like. There is nothing like the look on their face when you bought them something they find awesome - before they had a chance to maybe buy it for themselves.

I think the Cyberith Virtualizer is a great gift to a game enthusiast. It really gets you into the feel of being in the game. It's just that for some games, some gamers should be physically and emotionally prepared coz' of the obvious. It gets you to really experience the game. so that is my suggestion.

I don't know how to reply to your question because there are two ways to it, you didn't give us details about the person you want to get it for, is this person a game addict?
It depends on the person likes, some gamers prefer the normal humble game bundle, while orders prefer the stream gift cards, I suggest you ask him /her in a playful manner so take get the an idea of which to get, it well help you not to get the wrong gift for the person.

Yeah you right, I have been in such situation before, when one of my cousin got me Drake's deception before I could. It's not like I didn't appreciate it, I just had mixed feelings about it, I felt like a losser who couldn't buy a simple game disc for herself lol.

I don't like gift card too, lol, it makes me feel low of myself. Since I don't like it I wont consider getting it for anyone around, I dont go too well with that stream gift card, don't you feel same way too?

Honestly as a game the thing I would want most from someone is VR. I mean, VR chat has been flaming hot for the past months, and it seems like something I could really have fun and embarrass myself in. Not only that, but imagine the memes I could create on a daily basis? I've never actually experienced VR yet, at least not in all it's glory, but from word of mouth i've heard it's worth every penny.

There is nothing to feel low about. Because gift cards are digital in nature these days. And you get the verification code. That's all. I don't think there is anything to feel shame of accepting money.

Don't forget about a gamers birthday also, for a good time to find fun gifts for the gaming enthusiast. You could get them a really good mouse for gaming on the PC, and they have some good mice that they recommend for gamers that are under 20 dollars !

Steam gift card would be the most favorite for me because it's definitely going to be very using for me in my gaming endeavors. Who wouldn't want to steam gift card? Personally, I would take it over and over again without thing twice because it's worth it.

This looks very interesting although I don't fancy playing with computer mouse. The reason for this is that it very hard for me to control my games using a mouse or even keyboard. I have seen people who can play well using a mouse and keyboard but personally I prefer gaming pads. If such can be included among those gifts, I would like to have one for myself.

Thanks a lot for that recommendation. I had to look it up. I think games and the gaming gifts similar on that line is what I am looking out for. I hope to find more so that next year I can give reasonable gifts in my budget.

This seems to be a good recommendation. I will definitely take time to check out this option and make my decision on it. Hopefully, it's going to be a good one when it comes to gifting for gamers in promo season.
