I'm not sure how many people remember the Mana series but its one of my favorites. I have hours of memories play Legend of Mana. I most certainly spent more time on Mana than FF, but what does the forum think?

I'm not actually familiar with Mana it's my first time to hear it. When did it launch? Can you give us a brief introduction to it or a link to read? I can't really recall anything about Mana, sorry. :)

The mana series captures a major part of my childhood gaming memories. Though the game lost its spark with time, there was a time when I was addicted to this series as well.

It is an action role playing series which is full of adventure and fun. Though I'm unaware of the latest developments of the series I can go back and check them now.

I know that there is a New Mana game but it is not as maintream yet. In Japan The biggest competition of Final Fantasy are Dragon Quest and monster hunter. Around the World, Persona is really having shimmering waves.

The Secret of Mana remake Is a good game though.

As a series Final Fantasy is better but Secret of Mana remake wrecks Final Fantasy XV because it's a rushed mess.

The Legend of Mana came out in 1999 and was published by Square Enix- and was the 4th RPG game published in the Mana series. I never heard of it-but gameplay includes restoring the Tree of Mana- and also it has some very vibrant and colourful hand-drawn graphics- and I really like the hobbit houses in this game as well !

The only game from the Mana series that I’ve played is Legend of Mana. I think it is a very good game even when you compare it to today’s JRPGs. As a kid, it was one of the first games that isn’t that much linear because you can choose what stage you want to play first. I don’t even know if what I am playing is the main storyline or a side quest.

I miss that game and I may replay it soon. :D

I don't know about Mana game series, it seems to be kind of old game or is it still invoke currently? Is it still a good game for one to get into playing? If it's worth it, then I might try getting it to play.

I won't mind seeing Mana characters in Dissidia because it is a Square Enix property after all. It can be a launch pad to make the series mainstream again.
