I know people mostly play Final Fantasy on PC or PlayStation.Recently there was a sudden curiosity in me to try the android version of final fantasy games and found out it was also interesting. I cannot say the experience was the same though as playing on PlayStation gives a better experience. Have you ever played final fantasy, if so what's your experience? Was it like mine?

I have played Final Fantasy 15 on my android device and I have to confess that it's not that bad. I tried as much as possible to enjoy playing the game but one problem which had along the way was that I'm not a fan of playing games using android phones. I hate seeing the game in a small version, I love the experience better on my Playstation 4.

There are several pocket edition of the Final Fantasy games and even Final Fantasy Mobis which was designed for Android and iOS users who fancy playing FF games but couldn't afford to buy console or PC. I have played the pocket edition of FF 15 and I must confess that I loved every bit of it.

Playing final fantasy on an Android is cool as well especially when you've got a nice mobile device with a big screen that can be able to bring the game of Final fantasy in better screen resolution. There are lots of final fantasy game series that is downloadable through Google play store and playing them is good as well since you get almost the same satisfaction too.

You are very correct my friend, there are some android devices with big screen that can offer you a great gaming experience. I actually have such device and mine is called AfriOne 2in1 tablet. It's such a good device for gaming.

Then you must have been having a good time playing the game of final fantasy. Just like I said, having a good Android device with a large screen makes things quite easy for those of us that plays it on mobile to still have a good time playing the game without getting bored.

Android allows emulators too. So you can play the old console based FF on android using simulator. In between you can take advantage of the current android releases of the FF. I'd say in terms of graphics SE has made a lot of progress on android gaming so far.

I've only tried playing the spin-off series. I didn't finish them because it drains my battery and it requires an internet connection, which I don't have all the time. This is why I play FF games on console and PC. It also helps that I have a bigger screen when playing at home.

This is my predicament with playing games using my android phone and not just playing Final Fantasy games alone. It sucks my phone battery like hell and it frustrates me. Although I have played Final Fantasy 15 using my phone but I'm not looking forward to trying it again anytime soon .

This is so true, in as much as it's nice and fun to use one's android phone to play games, it doesn't show mercy on the phone device battery, and if the phone RAM is small, it would make the game to hang and lag, which ruins the gaming experience.

I prefer to play with a large screen, even the old school bad snes graphics Final fantasy games. Mobile gaming is not really my thing. I prefer having a controller over touching a screen.

I'm never a fan of playing games using android phones, it's not that I don't play using my android phone once in a while but I don't just make a habit of it because it takes a huge toll on my phone's battery life which would hamper my day's activities if it's not on.

I had some time to spend playing throughout in the first chapter of the Pocket Edition on Android, and I think that so far I am fascinated. The game is undoubtedly a chibi remake of the console version of Final Fantasy XV. The structure of the Pocket Edition copies the same path, though there are some scenes and details that are missing. But I understand that Square Enix had to compress the game into something that will work great on mobile.

Some Final Fantasy games are good for updating the visuals for android, like Final Fantasy IX(9), to support these higher resolution screens- being the lower resolution environments and 3D characters of the past, so the characters have been updated to look sharper on these android screens. Of course Final Fantasy 9 will always be better played with a controller-but it's pretty nice gameplay for a device that you have to tap on glass with!

I think the issue with the updating graphics with android is that it'd force the users to have phone with higher RAM. And not all gamers can do that. So SE seems to be limited with the options on the need for more RAM.
