You don't have to wait for the remake to be released because you can now Play Final Fantasy 7 with prettier HD character models.

There is now a Mod you can download online that can improve your Final Fantasy 7 copy. This video shows the game without mods and with mods.

This video is a voice acting mod, sadly it is in Spanish.

Yeah, why wait for the remake of Final Fantasy 7- when you can get better graphics,sound, and gameplay over the original with these mods -and it kind of turns it into a remake of the Final Fantasy 7 game. You can even change the music with these mods as well.

The mod is so easy to use. You will just copy paste files on your Final Fantasy 7 folder. I just wish someone will make a voice acting mod in English. The only voice acting mod at this moment is in Spanish but I still used it because I like to hear the characters talk. I wont link where to download the mod since it is easy to Google.

Even with the voice acting mod being only available in Spanish language, I think it's still better than not having them, what do you think? It's easy to learn a language if you want to understand it but hey I'm pretty sure that the English mod would be produced sooner than later.

I love the way the new sound packs makes the game feel. Did you know you can add new enemy models or even new character models for both field and in battle? I. Have to say graphically it puts it somewhere between Final Fantasy 9 and Final Fantasy 10.

They made the characters looks like they are from ps2.I think the remake will have facial expressions and mouth animation but this mod is a good time killer while you are waiting for the remake.

You must have a copy of Final Fantasy 7 to have the mods work. It is something you will paste to Final Fantasy 7 folders.

This is awesome. If you ever played with the mod, I seriously doubt that person would ever want to play without it ever again because the experience of playing with and without it are 100% different.

You are absolutely correct about the appearance of the characters in the mod of the Final Fantasy 7. They look so good like they are real humans unlike what they look like without the mod. Every Final Fantasy fan would definitely love converting to mod.

Now if they can only make a mod for the remake of III and IV. Those games have okay graphics but uses Final Fantasy 9 style models.I want the chibis to be taller.

The Final Fantasy 7 mod is only for the pc. The release date of the remake will is still unknown so this mod will save people from waiting.

I completely agree with you here. Although before you can be able play this, you will have to already possess the normal FF 7 and download the mod file and use it to upgrade the game. It's quite impressive how they look in the mod version.

I heard Square Enix is having issues with remaking Final Fantasy 7 so the wait will be a long time. As much as I want that remake I play with these mods because waiting might take forever. 7 is already a great game on it's own.

Why not start over with the mod installation if you aren't sure which one is causing the game to crash? I'm sure that it has nothing to do with your windows 10, so instead of doing guess work, get it all done at once.

I believe there's one more mod in the works too named Echo-S. It's a voiceover mod on YouTube. I'm excited for it to come out. They're making every other part modded as well. It's more like a full remake mod.

Off topic: Final Fantasy VII was released 21 years ago, and I just realized I am too damn old. Haha!
