Congratulations, Final Fantasy for 30 years and they are celebrating with a very expensive bottle of Scotch Whiskey, but they only have 303 bottles for the wonderful price of $330(each)for sale. It's got to be a single malt for that price though(haha)-but Food & Wine wrote a nice article about the Final Fantasy franchise in the video below if you want to check it out though!

A very happy anniversary to the one of the best gaming series. I'm proud to belong to the fan club of such a great game. The Final Fantasy games have shown a drastic transformation during all these years. I'm hopeful that for the upcoming years the game will continue to maintain its spark and attract new gamers. I wish I remain addicted to the game for another 20 years and witness its golden jubliee as well.

I don't believe time is moving that fast. And the gaming industry is getting that old. It seems to be something that many people are missing out these days. It's good to see FF doing good on that count.

Has it already been thirty years? I can't believe it, the game is as old as myself. I started playing it when I was 15, so I basically have been playing for half of my life. Time flies! Anyways, congratulations to the people who created it, to the team that's been developing it and to all of us, the fans! Cheers!

The old FF intrigues me. I mean, if it's 30 years old, then I'm sure they had some Sega, Nintendo 64 games, right? Anyway, I was assuming the games were only around 10 years old, like Minecraft. Did anyone else make that mistake?

That celebration is worth it. For a game series that has drawn the attention of many fans worldwide, it needs that kind of recognition. I am surprised that it has attained a whole 30years! It is older than some of us fans.

So.... OMG Anyone else who think a crossover RPG game would have been a better celebration for the anniversary. I am not talking about Dissidia because it is a Fighting game not a JRPG. An Allstar game for the consoles should be a sequel or spin off.

The game series is even older than me. :D

It's a great time to be alive to be able to experience playing this masterpiece of a franchise. I hope they won't lose their touch and they'll be able to develop more amazing games for the years to come!

It's been such a long walk for the game and the company Square Enix. 30 years is not something that comes up in a short time but the company found a way to keep everything running smoothly for all these years and is still doing it perfectly.
