15 might get a few subsequels/spin offs and for sure we already have the Final Fantasy 7 remake on the horizon too. From what I know, Square Enix created a new studio and Team for 16. The Luminous productions. They did that so the existing teams of Square can focus with the 7 remake and the spin offs of 15.

Final Fantasy 16 is going to be very different from 15 because it will be leaded by a different team and creative. I hope 16 will be less polarizing since 13 and 15 divided the fanbase.

I have not heard much about Final Fanatsy 16- or if it has entered any kind of production as of late. I am sure it will be a new world to explore, with some interesting characters as well, but they should include plenty of female characters in this Final Fantasy 16, I would think ?

So 16 wont have a Medieval European Motiff and it wont have a futuristic mottiff. It will be inspired from South east Asia?

Colonial South east Asia or pre-colonial South East Asia?

Rumored main character?

She looks more likable than Vaan,Lightning and Noctis. She looks older than the typical Final Fantasy main character.

I hope they get better graphics. So far face simulation seems very off. I hope they get better as they make new games. Because even PUBG has better graphics than FF. So I hope that part gets fixed in FF 16.

The graphics actually looks good. I actually think this one might be even be visually appealing because that woman is a Dragon rider. She rides a freaking Dragon. Her name is Agni, it seemed like she is going to have transformations.

She looks like she is transforming here.

We already have transforming protagonist before.

Cecil of Final Fantasy 4 have this transformation:

This is his human form

Agni might have an armored form or a monster form.

Are we sure they're developing FF 16, though ? The name of the studio seems somehow connected to the Luminous engine they've used for FF 15. As the Luminous engine was developed for general use with SE and not just FF, they could well be developing something else with it.

Yup it is under development now. If you remember 15 use to be marketed as Versus 13. People speculate Agni's principle is 16.

I am wondering after the success of FF15. What seems to be new they may add. Something like fortnite? That would be surely good if you ask me. I guess we have to understand.

I was thinking specifically of this new studio, sorry if I didn't make that clear. FF 16 has most likely been in development for some time now, but the new studio could be developing something else considering that they have the most experience with the Luminous engine.

I wonder if the FF17 onwards they may try AI and VR improvements. I am sure things have changed a lot over the period of time. And we have to be really understanding on how to make the most out of the development.

Let's hope and keep our fingers crossed that the flaws in Final Fantasy 15 wouldn't be repeated in the 16 version of the game especially with the characters selection in the game. It would be very nice if it's well diversified unlike what we saw in FF 15.

I am hoping that they have something more to offer in terms of the plot. Because that seems to be the way many games can move ahead. Slow plot is fine. But there has to be some sort of development. I hope they don't just repeat the stuff like in FF15 where you have chances of getting bored more.
