Final Fantasy 15 finally have a remake before 6,7,8 and 9 have

This is like the opposite of Final Fantasy 7 remake. The game is remade with chibi models and inferior graphics for people who wants to experience the game in chibi style and people who are too poor to afford consoles.



I already played this game with superior graphics, so I may pass on this one. The Final Fantasy 9 demographic will surely love this though.

I like this pocket edition, Final Fantasy 15 remake(very cute characters)- and it does have the same storyline and voice acting as the original though. I think they just released a few episodes of this game, but they plan 10 episodes in future all together, I believe. It looks like a fun game if you are out and about though !

I always enjoy a new take on the original but I can't say I much experience with the pocket versions. Nice trailer though and just another thing to add to the list of things to try.

I am not really that discriminatory with chibi characters but what is with the art direction they chose. They could have gone to the direction of the Final Fantasy IV remake. I know they have graphics limitation but lord of mercy, this art style is meh.

I hate that you have to buy the game separately and it is expensive for a mobile game. I played the free episode and it’s good and has almost if not all of the original game’s dialogues. Since I’ve played the game on PS already, I won’t be buying this anymore.

Yeah, funny enough 15 does has a remake before other versions, but this says a lot about the popularity of the game. A remake is only made when there is demand for it.

They're taking advantage of its popularity and they are porting it to every console possible. They even targeted mobile phones because many smartphone games are getting good sales there.

Yep, and that's the best they can do. I mean, there is always a big investment in development, but in marketing too, so taking advantage of that is just clever business.

Agreed. It’s best practice among businesses to take any chance possible for a possible increase in profit.

I also like that they are spreading out to different consoles. It’s making more people aware of Final Fantasy and this will make the fanbase and community larger.

Pretty much, the more consoles they get to, the more people will play. I have a nephew that only plays on his console, so the games not available for it, he simply skips them.
