An esper is a person who practices development in psychic activities. This person or people normally have paranormal activity. Among the following, who wasn't an esper?
Ultima, Brothers, Chocobo. Ifrit or Ramuh?

When you talk paranormal activity and beliefs, they pertain to things like ghosts,extraterrestrial life,UFO's,psychic abilities,extrasensory perception and cryptids. I am not really sure who was not an esper in FF9 though-but sometimes Chocobo's can perform magic?

Hi. Yes I know this is a tough one. I may have to get back with the right answer. The reply came a month later. Yes, Chocobos can perform magic and that's where it gets a little bit tricky.

Hi. As much as Ultima was an optional Esper, all the above are Espers. In case anyone has a different opinion we would love to hear from them.
