It could be a situation where they don't want to really, are sort of neutral, or enthusiastic. Anyway, what was their reaction? Did they like it? Did you regret the inviting them? How many was it?
I never had to push in the past. And people used to pick games quickly around me. But as time passed ahead, I have found out that asking others to play does not work that quickly. And that is why I don't ask others to play the game. If they want they can do it on their own. Pushing does not work and nobody likes games that way.
Graphics and the game theme background sounds/music are good appeal enticer when it comes to Final Fantasy game, it have this way of capturing people's interests and making them want to know more about the game. I have experience someone just hearing that songs and asking how to go about getting the game.
Yes convincing is always hard for me. I have found that out in my life. I just can't convince people. And that had lead to some of the issues with the gaming. So I just let people decide on their own.As long as it's not someone close to you or a good friend or family member, it would be very hard to convince such person from playing a particular game unless they actually see you playing one and fall in love with it on the spot. Thus happened to me one day I was playing one particular game at a viewing center where I normally watch football and a guy saw me playing, he picked interest immediately and got the game for himself.
