5 Things we NEED in Final Fantasy XVI - Square Enix's Sweet 16? - The Wishlist

After being announced late last year and since having an official website launched, I haven't been able to stop thinking about Final Fantasy XVI. From what Square Enix has shown off so far of the game, it looks like a huge departure from Noctis and the crew from Final Fantasy XV. Since it's being developed by the same team at Square Enix that created Final Fantasy 14, it seems like a fresh take on old high fantasy tropes.

With a bunch of things still unknown about Final Fantasy 16, it's only fair to make a Wishlist of things that I think the game needs to stand out from other RPGs.

The upcoming adventure of Clive Rosfield and his brother Joshua, the dominant of Rosaria, is ripe for speculation. Just what exactly are the Eikons, and how will they play into the ongoing uneasiness within the land of Valisthea. Hopefully, the first shield of Rosaria will be able to thwart whatever nefarious plot threatens his home and family.
